Málaga UrgenteOver twelve years fixing what breaks, one neighbourhood at a time
Málaga Urgente started in Vélez-Málaga as a crew of three trades and today covers fourteen towns without losing what sets us apart: we answer the phone ourselves.
Our story
Málaga Urgente started in Vélez-Málaga as a small crew of three trades. With over 12 years of experience, we have gone from handling neighbourhood call-outs to working in fourteen towns across Málaga province and the Costa Tropical, without losing what defines us: we answer the phone ourselves.
In that time we have worked in homes, owners' communities, shops and offices, from an urgent fault to the full renovation of a flat. That experience has taught us what really goes wrong in a coastal home: damp, salt air, old installations and heat.
That is why we work to a simple rule: diagnose before touching anything, explain what we find and give a fixed written quote before we start.

Our values
Punctuality
When we agree a time, we keep it. If something unexpected delays us, we tell you before you have to ask. Your time and your business's time matter.
Personal service
You always speak with the people doing the work, with no go-betweens or switchboards. We explain every step clearly and without jargon, and we listen to what you need before proposing anything.
Top quality
We use the right materials for each job, follow the applicable regulations and check the result with you before calling it finished. Every job is handed over with an invoice and a written guarantee.
What never changes
- Fixed quote agreed before any work begins
- Our own tradespeople, not last-minute outside crews
- Direct communication: you speak with the person doing the work
- Written guarantee on every job
A qualified team
Behind Málaga Urgente are tradespeople from every trade with real experience in homes and businesses in the area. We don't subcontract crews we don't know: every person who comes into your home has been working with us for years, and it shows in how we treat you and in the result.
Before touching anything, we assess the job and agree a price. If something unexpected comes up during the work, we explain it and you decide: it never appears on the final invoice without warning.
