Privacy Policy
How we process your personal data when you use this website.
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you about how we process your personal data when you use this website.
1. Data controller
Owner: David Gómez Rodríguez
Trading name: Málaga Urgente
Tax ID (NIF): 77473605Z
Address: C/ Tamarindo, 20 · 29700 Vélez-Málaga (Málaga), Spain
Email: contacto@malagaurgente.com

Website: https://www.malagaurgente.com
2. Purpose of processing
The data you provide through the contact form (name, phone number, email and, where applicable, type of service and job description) is processed for the following purposes: managing your quote request and answering your enquiries; contacting you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your request; and, should a job go ahead, managing the resulting business relationship and invoicing.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for handling your quote request is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and, if you hire one of our services, performing the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Keeping invoices and accounting records is based on compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR). The use of analytics cookies is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR: our web hosting and email provider; Formspree, Inc. (United States), which handles contact form submissions and involves an international data transfer subject to the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR; and Google Ireland Limited, only if you accept analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4).
The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when requesting them. If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.
5. Retention
Data is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, for tax and accounting purposes). If no job goes ahead, quote request data is kept for a reasonable time needed to handle your enquiry, and in any case no longer than 12 months unless you ask us to keep it longer.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, at any time by writing to contacto@malagaurgente.com and stating the right you wish to exercise. We will only ask you to prove your identity if we have reasonable doubts about it. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) — www.aepd.es — if you believe your data is not being processed in accordance with the law.
7. Minors
The services offered through this website are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
8. Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
9. Cookies
This site stores your cookie choice in your browser and, only if you accept them, uses analytics cookies. You can find full details in our cookie policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy to reflect legal changes or changes to the website. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
