Installations and emergencies

These are the jobs that affect the safety and day-to-day running of the home, and where a fault has immediate consequences.

• Electricians: faults, consumer units, new installations and the electrical certificate under the REBT. Includes electrical emergencies.
• Plumbers: locating and repairing leaks, clearing blockages, stacks and pipe replacement.
• Air conditioning: sizing, installation, maintenance and repair, with particular attention to the salt air on the coast.
• Waterproofing: terraces, roofs, walls and damp, after diagnosing the real cause.

Home renovations

Works that transform the home, from a single room to the whole flat, with all trades coordinated.

• Full renovations: plans, permits, works and turnkey handover with a single point of contact.
• Kitchen renovations: layout, services, units, worktop and appliances.
• Bathroom renovations: bathtub-to-shower conversions, accessible bathrooms and waterproofing of the wet area.
• Bricklaying: partitions, flooring, tiling and repairs, with rubble disposal.
• Drywall and suspended ceilings: partitions, wall linings and ceilings with acoustic and thermal insulation.

Painting and finishes

Paint protects surfaces as well as decorating them, and how long it lasts depends above all on the preparation beforehand.

• Professional painters: interiors, exteriors and façades, with prior treatment of cracks and damp.
• Home painting: whole flat room by room, with furniture protection and final clean.
• Commercial painting: out-of-hours work and washable or fire-retardant finishes where the activity requires them.

Businesses and offices

Projects with an opening date, specific regulations and the need to interrupt activity as little as possible.

• Commercial renovations: fit-out, services, accessibility and licence management.
• Office renovations: layout, data cabling, lighting, acoustics and phased works.

3. Fixed written quote. With the scope, materials and timescale, with no hidden costs.
4. Execution. With our own technicians, protection of shared areas and communication throughout the works.
5. Handover and guarantee. Joint walk-through, invoice and written guarantee.

Regulations, safety and guarantee

We work in line with the regulations applicable to each trade: the Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation (REBT) for electrical installations, the Technical Building Code for building work and renovations, fluorinated gas regulations for air conditioning and construction waste rules for rubble removal. Where required, we handle licences and notifications to the town hall and the owners' community. Every job ends with an invoice and a written guarantee.
